Editing 06/03/14

On Thursday's lesson we made lots of progress on our teen film. While Tasmin and Faiza went to re-film footage that had been lost me and Karen focused on the editing and sound. We focused on trying to fix up all the different footage for the film trying to make sure that the editing was able to explain the story to the audience. After that we focused on the sound we went onto creative commons in order to get music which would help build tension for the end of the scene. Once we found the song we cut it and mad sure that it fit with the film then we started to edited the volume of the music so that the music would gradually get louder as the scene began to end. After all this we showed our rough cut to our teacher.

What to do next lesson:

• Add sound effects alarm, door locking etc.
• Fix volume on music so it rises at the right point in the film
• Add titles for the film
• Finish the production title
